Home Addition and Renovation in Norfolk
This was a charming but small home in the Norview area of Norfolk. The clients wanted to add a lot more space. We created an addition to the left side of the existing house consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also redesigned the existing interior with a new half bath, kitchen layout, pantry, and laundry room. We expanded the front porch and leveled it for safety. New windows were installed on the whole house as well as new siding and a new paint job on the existing portion to match.
Home Addition and Renovation in Portsmouth
A small home in Portsmouth needed added space. The house had a previous dining room addition with a small gable off the back. We wanted to add a new bedroom and bathroom to the back as well. We decided to match the roof line of the previous addition to the new one creating a balance of two small gables on the back. This home was completely renovated with a new kitchen layout, updated bathroom, new windows and siding, new front and back door, and a new front porch. We finished it off with new floors and all new lighting, electrical, and fixtures.
Richmond Backyard Hardscape Concepts
The client of this beautiful home in the historic district of Richmond wanted a vast outdoor space to entertain. We gave options for a 1/3, 2/3, and full length of the rear wall with a standing seam metal roof and many options of fireplace, stone, seating area, and outdoor cooking area. We added a door to the back of the house (previously a window) with a landing and stair options to the patio.
